  1. List every repeated job. For one week, write down anything you do more than twice.
  2. Score them. Paste your list into Claude with this prompt.
    Here is a list of repeated jobs in my [type] business. Score each from 1 to 5 on time taken, how often it happens, and how much I hate it. Then rank them and tell me which three to automate first and why.
